Training system


With any sport, you would expect to start by working on the  fundamentals to build a solid foundation to maximize long term performance while minimizing injury. Why then do so many people just jump into heavy lifting with little technical practice or focus on building a foundation? In our system, we advanced clients through 4 primary phases: Foundation, Build, Strength, and Prep. Each phase is designed to build on the previous while preparing for the next (Phase Potentiation).
