Programs

The ZAP Training System is the foundation of O.A.T.S. (Olympus Athletics Training System).  It is designed to take any client from Obese, Immobile, and out of shape to lean and athletic in small, realistic increments in order to provide safe and injury free results. There are 3 levels to the ZAP program which progress based upon the clients fitness and ability to perform the prescribed exercises.  Watch the video above for more details on the ZAP Program.

Once the client has graduated the ZAP program, they have the option of entering more difficult and advanced programs. ZAP 3 is designed to keep clients in shape and is a great place for people to stay if fitness is not the center of their life. However, if an athlete is seeking more intense training and more wants a higher level of fitness, strength, or muscle mass than the ZAP L-3 program can provide, they have the option of our 3 advanced training programs: Kratos, Ares, and Zeus. The two main influences our programs are Westside Conjugate Periodization, and Juggernaut's Method. I have a certification in Westside's methods and have read multiple books on the Juggernaut method. These two methods come from two of the top coaches in powerlifting, so I thought to myself "Why not do a little of both?" since these come from the best. I love the specificity of westside conjugate, as you can lift heavy year round while avoiding accommodation, but i also like the way the juggernaut method periodizes programs and builds volume over time. So in comes the Olympus Athletics Training System. In this power-building system, we will do heavy singles and triples via conjugate periodization, and then use a similar method to the juggernaut system that will help us accumulate volume and fatigue in an orderly manner. Also, this program has been modified for natural lifters to make the volume and recovery rates more realistic for the non-enhanced. Make sure to watch the above video if your looking for more details.
