testing tools.

Testing means performing a few coached movements while our equipment measures how you move and the force you produce. Your coach explains the results and uses them to identify useful training priorities.

You do not need to be an athlete. We select the tests and level of effort for your goals, experience, and ability.

DUAL FORCE PLATES

Jump, land
& balance.

What you do
Stand on two plates, then complete a coached jump, landing, or balance task selected for your ability.
What we measure
Force under each foot, jump height and power, landing forces, and balance.
Why it helps
Understand how you produce and absorb force and how loading differs between legs. Repeating the same test lets us track change.

HANDHELD STRENGTH & RANGE OF MOTION

Put a number
to your strength.

What you do
Push or pull against a small sensor, or move a joint through a guided range.
What we measure
Force from selected muscle groups and range of motion—how far a joint moves—in selected tests.
Why it helps
Establish a baseline, compare sides, and check whether a specific strength or mobility quality changes with training.

FIXED STRENGTH TESTING

Measure strength
where it matters.

What you do
Press into padded sensors while holding a set position, such as a hip or shoulder strength test.
What we measure
Isometric strength—the force you produce without moving the joint—and side-to-side differences.
Why it helps
A consistent setup helps us assess specific muscle groups, select training priorities, and repeat the measurement over time.

3D MOVEMENT ANALYSIS

Understand
how you move.

What you do
Perform guided movements, such as squats or shoulder raises, in front of a 3D camera.
What we measure
Joint angles, range of motion, and how different parts of your body move together.
Why it helps
Put movement data alongside your coach’s observations and revisit the same tasks to assess changes in your movement.

WHAT YOU TAKE AWAY

A baseline.
A clearer next step.

You leave knowing what was measured, how it relates to your goals, and what to revisit next. Your own results over time are the starting point for understanding progress. The broader assessment also considers your training history, recovery, and body composition where relevant.

Performance Testing is $40 every two weeks. It includes one private assessment each quarter and Strong Saturday group testing during the other two months. Gym membership and coaching are optional.

BUILD YOUR INDIVIDUAL PLAN

WHAT TO EXPECT

Useful information.
A clear next step.

  1. 01

    Choose the right tests.

We select the battery for your goals, experience and ability. A session uses selected equipment and tasks; every device is not included in every appointment or event.

  2. 02

    Review the results.

We explain what was measured, what the results suggest and their limits. Results describe the tested tasks; they do not predict an injury or identify a single cause of performance.

  3. 03

    Track change.

Repeating agreed tests under consistent conditions helps compare progress. You can share results with your existing coach.

Individual Performance Testing is $40 every two weeks: one private assessment each quarter, with Strong Saturday group testing in the other two months. Gym membership and Olympus coaching are optional. Add testing to your plan.
